About Rebecca:

Rebecca W. Sparks has over 25 years of experience in clinical settings and over 10 years in business and management positions. She has worked as a medical-surgical, home health, trauma-ER-burn, psychiatric, consult liaison and SANE nurse.

In addition, she has managed Utilization and Supervision at the hospital and state levels. Ms. Sparks has also facilitated numerous trainings and workshops throughout her career. Currently she works as a consultant, mediator, trainer, coach and speaker.

Rebecca is a certified advanced mediator and professional member of ACR, NMMA, ANA, APNA, AALNC and the AHA.
